"Anybody can breathe. Therefore anybody can practice yoga."
We truly believe that yoga is for every body - no matter where you are along your journey.
Affordable Yoga Classes in East London
At SonYee Flow, we offer intimate Vinyasa Flow classes designed for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Led by Sonja and Yee, two experienced Yoga Alliance-certified instructors, our classes take a unique approach: while one instructor guides and demonstrates, the other provides hands-on adjustments to ensure every student gets the attention they deserve—wherever they are in their yoga journey.
Each class takes you through a dynamic sequence of poses, seamlessly linking breath with movement. To deepen your practice, we incorporate China Gel, helping your muscles relax and allowing you to sink deeper into each asana. Every session begins with a moment of meditation and ends with a soothing head massage for the ultimate reset.
We believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, which is why classes are priced at an affordable £15 per session, with bundle options available for even greater savings.

About SonYee Flow

Our Story
Sonja and Yee met during their 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 and quickly formed a deep connection that extended beyond their shared passion for yoga. Both are Yoga Alliance Professionals-certified instructors and teach at various studios across London.
Through their experience, they recognised a common challenge - yoga in London often feels exclusive. High prices and a lack of diversity in many studios create barriers, especially for beginners. Determined to change this, they launched SonYee Flow with the aim of making yoga more accessible, inclusive, and affordable.
Their 'Vinyasa Flow – All Levels' class, held every Sunday at a local community gym in Dalston, is designed to be welcoming and intimate. By keeping class sizes small and pricing at an affordable £10-15 per session, they ensure that everyone - regardless of experience - feels comfortable, supported, and part of a community.
