At SonYee Flow, we strive to provide a positive and flexible experience for all of our students. We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to offering a fair refund process.

1. Drop-In Classes (Valid for 1 Month)

Drop-in passes are valid for one month from the date of purchase.

Refunds are available within the one-month validity period, provided the pass has not been used.

All refunds are issued minus any payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.

2. Class Packages (5-Class and 10-Class Packages)

Class packages do not expire and remain valid until used. Please note that refunds are not available for packages.
